Job Description:

Hospice of the Western Reserve is one of the largest hospice and palliative care programs in the country with ten locations serving North East, Ohio. Over 950 diverse team members work together to provide everything from art therapy and spiritual counseling for patients to nursing instruction and respite care for families and caregivers.

As a social worker, provide medical social work and counseling services, addressing the emotional, spiritual and psychosocial needs of patients and their families.

Requires a masters prepared LSW with two years experience in counseling individuals or families; experience in medical facilities or nursing homes preferred. Must have a genuine commitment to the mission, values and work of the agency, and an ability to work effectively with others are required.

Car, valid driver's license and good driving record are required.
